Default the loons are leaving narragansett and heading north

thanks for the loan of your loons for the winter, they have been molting and growing in their summer feathers since around mid-march, there are still a few around but i suspect they will be gone over the next few weeks. now i get to enjoy them when i get back up to alton bay.

Talking Thanks

Thanks for taking such good care !!!

Our Loons arrived back in Winter Harbor around the beginning of April.. early I thought... 3 Loons to be exact. and more arrived 2 weekends ago.
( they love lake Winni too.)

Although, they are very quiet, no great sounds yet ..

So lucky to have them.....

Default

We had three winter loons at the mid-Jersey shore and they left around mid-April. (Thought we would be leaving with them, but sluggish real estate market keeps us here.)
