Lake Winnipesaukee Flasher #12
Flasher #12 is nearly underwater with only about 12 inches sticking above. The flasher can be seen at night but Marine Patrol should be prepared to replace the base when they remove the light from the base in a few weeks.

Did you notify Marine Patrol directly ?
