Default Manufactured Homes on Land You Own

Just curious about town rules and restrictions on installing a manufactured home (double wide) on land you own in towns in the Lakes Region.

Every town is different, you need to review ordinances in the town you plan to or own land in…

Fair enough. I was looking around and not having much luck, thought someone here might know or some resources. How about Moultonborough?

Like Dan said, every town is different. I assume that you don’t own the land yet. If you have a lot of land in mind, then make an appointment with that town’s code enforcement officer. Talk over what you want to do. Their job is to help you.

I hit the thanks button by mistake. I know in my town you can do it.

You may want to tell him which town.

Thank you. I was actually able to find it looking through the town's website. Tried before unsuccessfully.

I thought about that but my town is a few towns away from the big, lake. Didn’t think he might want to be that far away?

If I were selling manufactured homes, I'd have a list. Ask the salesman.
