Please Help - Roof problems
Remember the severe weather back at the end of July and early August....
We had 2 branches breach the roof and tore off about 9 feet of flashing on the roof. We have had the Insurance contracter there several time (5 at last count). They can't seem to keep the water from getting in. They want to replace the flat tar and gravel roof with a rubber roof. 2 questions. 1) Is a flat rubber roof sturdy enough to have branches and things fall on it. 2) They are willing to replace with another Tar and gravel roof, but they can't find anyone in NH to do the work. Anybody know of a roofer that does this? The exisiting roof has been fine for the last 50 years. That's right 50 Years . We would really like the same roof. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Chris |
