Default L L Slips...?

Did Lakeport Landing keep all their slips? Were those separate from the leased land/building that ultimately went to Irwins?

The land transaction only involve the land on the east side of the tracks. No waterfront property or the freight building was involve.

Default Lakeport Landing Marina...GREAT NEWS!

I bet Paul Blizzard is looking down with enormous pride as his daughter Erica takes the business to the next level. What vision, commitment and perseverance to take on a growth plan so significant.

Kudos to Erica, Ronny and the entire team at Lakeport Landing Marina, for our money, there isn't another marina who does as good a job, is as customer focused and truly fair than Lakeport and there isn't another marina owner that goes to bat for her customers better than Erica.

The rendering that has been proposed for the "New" Lakeport Landing Marina is sensational and stunning.....what a welcome upgrade and improvement to the area.

Well done Erica!

Good as the lot looks unused taking that area a notch! What will happen to the giant recycle bin behind the fire station ?
