Default Rt 25-M-boro: what traffic?

Today's March 7 www.unionleader.com has an article about Rt 25 Moultonboro and how traffic should be getting worse what with all the commercial developement, and how that's just the way it's gonna be. So, just you get used to it, too bad! ...beep, beep, beep!

it also becomes a real safety issue. Not only are there more businesses but more homes are being built down some of these roads. It can be real difficult to get in and out of streets like Fox Hollow that doesn't have and turn areas or signals, so it has more to do than just business. By the way i live off one of these roads and can attest that there will be serious accidents without some improvements

Its quite possible that Moultonboro, as well as many other Lakes Region towns have reached or gone beyond their saturation level. Why can't there be limits on the number of building permits? Can these constant subdivisions be controlled with a minimum lot size?

I don't like the thought of what it will be like in 10 years.
