Default Mercruiser Mechanic

There was a contact mentioned in an old thread (maybe a year and a half)that I am unable to find, but it was a person that travels to you/your boat to do repairs, I recall the name being Performance "something"...a phone number was given at the time. I have searched old threads but must be remembering something wrong as I can not find it. If this rings a bell with anyone let me know.

Thank you

Call Dave Rossetti @ 393-5658, he is the absolute best marine mechanic on the lake and a former Mercury instructor. I use him for my repairs. Some work can be done in your yard and some cannot, he knows best.

Maybe your thinking of Lance Packard?? Great mechanic and does travel around the lake doing repairs. He did some work for me and did a great job. Real nice guy. His number is 603-630-0803

I've used Wayne McClean from McCleans Mobile Marine a few times and he does good work at a good rate.

Default found the name

I was using the wrong search term but found it by going back further in the threads. A link titled "In water mechanics" back in May of 09 had a response that listed Supreme Marine. I have never used them so I don't know if it is a good outfit. I like the idea of someone coming to you as my boat is working but needs some fixes and that way I don't loose use of it while I am waiting to be put in the que.

I appreciate the responses regarding my question which has provided me with more options!
