Default Rivets anyone?? - need some help

My little tin can has lost a couple rivets and I need to replace them and they are below the water line. Since I don’t have a air hammer and did not want to take the decking apart to get to the back side to block them (again the solid river air hammer process. I was looking for pop rivets that have the sealed end.
I’ve tried trustworthy, Fays ship store, parafunalia, and Lowes and had no lock. Anyone have any ideas and hopefully they are open today

Or does anyone have an alternative repair?

Thank you
