Default Snow, 12/10

The lakes region has escaped the icy mix that has been reported in southern New Hampshire and Massachusetts. This morning's snow at Black Cat Weather was 0.9", bringing the month total to 12.7". For the first 10 days of December 2007, all but two have featured snowfall. Three days were measurable, and the others had a trace.

Melted equivalent this morning was 0.04" and even though the temp remains below freezing (28) the snow is rapidly evaporating where the sun is able to hit it... the porch is already dry.

The Town of Moultonborough has chosen to plow this less-than-an-inch event... the plow just came by.

Default SNow Amounts

Hi All,
I am heading up Tomorrow to check on things and to just take in the beautful views. I am in Laconia, do I need to bring a shovel?
About how much snow am I walking into? I was hit with 13 inches last night myself down on the MA/RI border.

Thank you very much and to all a great holiday

We got about 3-1/2" total yesterday/last night at the Weirs, total on the ground now in unshoveled places is around 5" of light and fluffy. You could walk through it easily.

Of course come Monday......

Have a safe trip up!
