Default Kirby Morgan products

Hello everyone, I have been tossing around the idea of going full face mask. Kirby Morgan’s M-48 super mask is something that has really caught my attention and was wondering if anyone here has any hands on experience with this mask? Possible recommendations? Thanks!

I used one for a while in the 1990's, mostly off Boston's Northshore. I liked it but not that much. I sold it to a guy who inspects industrial water towers and tanks. He used it with the communications set up.

- Plan for greater air consumption due to these types of masks; I think some if not all maintain positive air pressure;

- Always carry a regular scuba mask around your upper arm, like an armband; if as and when these masks fail you it must come off-so you now have no mask and no air; the back-up mask will be a great thing to have, along with your octo of course.
