Default Christmas Lights

Does anyone know of any displays of Chistmas lights in neighborhoods or on individual houses on the Laconia/Gilford/Meredith end of the lake? We've been to the track at Loudon, but grandkids will be visiting and we thought they'd enjoy a ride to see any others that are out there.

Thanks in advance

Even by today standards it is still early.
Not much out there that I've seen as of yet.

Is that a Festivus Pole next to the tree???...I'd love to come by to hear the "airing of grievances" and witness the "feats of strength", island style!
Too funny...

wobbelbill, I just noticed that you are fairly new to posting on the forum and glad you have joined us. Have fun and enjoy the Winni Forum while making many new friends. I have traveled with my grand kids this past weekend and we saw many colored lights and many more being set up. Now do not ask where they were all at as I was lucky to be able to find my home after going up and down so many unknown roads in Gilford, Laconia, Meredith and Wolfeboro. Have fun as my kids are 10 and 14 and they really enjoyed the lights and ride.

yes it is, and thats us at the fire pit airing our grievances...we are good friends so the feats of strengths were limited to pulling the dock out earlier in the day.

Thumbs up Absolutely

The folks on Edwards Street know all about Christmas Lights and much more! They put on a great annual Christmas Block Party with Santa and good food for the whole family! Check it out, a fun evening, for sure.

Oh, and FLL said that his next door neighbors put on a great Christmas light show every year too...

Default Read the fine print...

The fine print on the 3 page warranty statement attached to the tree states that it can be returned for a full refund if returned within the 12 Days of Christmas, as long as it is in the original mesh tree bag in good condition, and also the twine used to tie it on the roof.

Back to the lights!

Thumbs up Another Great Display Of Lights

Is at the Gulbicki's, my former neighbors across the street from the camp on Weirs Blvd near Christmas Island. They used to put on a fantastic fireworks show from off their beach there too!
They change up their Christmas Light displays every year, here's one that I got on film, and there are a few more in my PhotoPost Album here.

I would like to wish everyone The Merriest Of Christmases, and a very Happy New Year!!
Love, Terry

Default Tacky Christmas Lights

Seems like only one place in the LakesRegion has made the annual Tacky Christmas Lights website... In some places, locals have organized Tacky Christmas LIght Tours - sounds like a fun fundraiser to us.

Default Christmas lights

I live in eastern MA but I remember those wonderful, cold evening nights when we'd pile into the car and tour nearby towns to see the light. Oh the oohs and ahs, we enjoyed it so much. The hot chocolate with marshmallows was the perfect end to the evening. Hope you find some lights. Merry Christmas!
