Question Bomber Overhead! 2019 Visit?

This afternoon, a B-17 flew over Wolfeboro and Tuftonboro Neck at 4:50 PM. 'Guess they're back for a show.

Default Zoom!

A P-51D flew south past East Bear Island on its return to the Laconia airport this afternoon. It was one of the "hottest" planes of World War II. 🐻

Default Wings of freedom

We live in the approach area on 11A and heard the first one...didn't know they were here this week until we heard the second one and ran onto our deck to see. The sound just isn't like today's'...

Drove to LCI and took some quick pictures before heading back home to work. We plan to pay for the tour tomorrow to get close for more and better pictures but didn't have the time today.

Saw on a flyer at LCI that the B-17 would be there but it wasn't when we left.

We had just arrived home and we were locking the car when it flew directly over our house. To us it was pretty cool.

Only a few photos attached - had to attach the B-17 over our house.
