Default Dogs and Rain

Was just reading an article on dogs and rain. The article said it's not the rain the dogs don't want to go out in, it's the sound. The sound of rain to their ears, is like that of very loud drums, to ours. This same thing goes for fireworks and other loud noises, the sound is amplified many times! Poor babies! I'll be inventing doggy, earmuffs, just for this! Who, knew?

So THAT'S why my little one shakes when it rains! It sounds loud to her! Thanks for letting us know that!

Default scared dogs

Buy a THUNDER SHIRT. Our GSD was going in the bath tub, rain, fireworks, thunder, for 9 years. We got one and put it on, he laid down calm and almost slept! A miracle! About $ 40
