Default JetSki Insurance

I was wondering if the wonderful forum members can tell me the best deal on JetSki insurance coverage wise and premium wise.
3 seater, 640cc (approx 62 horsepower) with 1989 trailer machine is a 88
Thank you as usual

I have an older machine (a '99 Sea Doo). I went with $250,000 in liability insurance only. The value of the machine isn't worth the extra $$ for coverage. Went through J. Clifton Avery in Wolfeboro. Very nice people. I didn't get any hassles from them even though I keep the jet ski garaged in MA for the winter. I did at the other lakes region agency I use for my boat insurance (leaving them when this current policy expires). Best part was it is only $100 for the year.

I have mine (also a '99) with American Modern Home Insurance. I pay a little under $200 for full coverage. Limits are a bit lower though (25/50). That price does include my trailer.

I know this isn't a jet ski, but I just bought a snowmobile and no one came close to Allstate Insurance price. I was told by the Allstate rep that their premiums on "toys" (boats, snowmobiles, etc, etc.) can't be beat.

I can second that. I got a quote from Curt Wicks in Manchester, through Allstate. They quoted me under $200/year for my sled, plus liability only on my sons sled. I was paying almost $350/year for my sled alone through another carrier. I have not yet got a quote from them for my Sea Doo.

My carrier is Progressive. I'm sure I could have saved a couple more bucks if I didn't use the agent but it is so cheap anyways it's no biggie.

Mine was $149.00 for year round coverage on a new 2009 Ski Doo. No one came close!
