Default Several web cams not showing time lapse

Today 3/22/2020.....I have been having trouble getting the "TIME LAPSE" feature to work on several webcams including Flightcraft, and Wolfboro. Is the problem with the cams or is it something to do with my computer?

I just tried both. The LIVE STREAM is not working for me on either site. The TIME LAPSE is only available on the Flightcraft site, the third one down, and it is working fine.
