Default Fishing with a noodle

I'm sure we have a forum member that has fished this way before:

.... definitely helps to match your fishing tackle to your fish ..... obviously, that there blue noodle is what you want to be using to go catch a blue fish .... like DORY the Blue Fish!

(Imagine a photo of that fantastic Dory the Blue Fish here, just caught, still alive, and hanging from the end of the blue noodle fishing rod .... what a catch!)

What's the biggest fish you have caught with a noodle!
Did you make fish noodle soup out of it?

.... fishing about one mile offshore from Rye Beach last August with a blue noodle rod is where I hooked into Dory the Blue Fish ...... it was shocker .... couldn't believe it ..... such a fight that Dory had ..... after a 40-minute fight I was happy to catch and release ...... and started thinking about McDonald's and their two filet-o-fish for 5-dollars ...... a better fish deal for good eat'n .... no blue noodle rod needed .... just 5-bucks?
