It' has been now for close to 3 years or more. The Realtor by the bridge had it for a year or 2.

I gotcha. I was reading the Prudential listing and it doesn't have all that stuff. However if you fell out of the side window of the lounge area one would end up on the old railroad bed about 30' down.
