Default COE House

Looks like the Coe House will be in dispute for a clear title

Someday may never be an actual day.

IMO @ 889k it is unlikely that a restaurant will ever be able to succeed there unless the buyer comes in with 700k down payment. Loan service and property taxes will be too much for so few seats to support.
