Default Roof repair or replacement

In need of recommendations for a quality roofer in the Laconia area. Full asphalt strip and replacement. Also some metal work.

We have had much success finding contractor's on Home Advisor.
They are vetted and also do CORI.

I used Jay from Jasmoor, wasn't the cheapest, but was terrific. Very prompt, clean and tidy, did the job as promised. I'd use him again!

Default Roofing

Believe-it-or-not, Home Depot did a great job for my roof about 6 years ago. Not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but I knew they would stand behind their work.

They really don't do the work themselves. They are just acting as a General Contractor and giving the job out to a subcontractor that you can hire directly yourself and eliminate the extra money HD takes. You just have to make sure you get a copy of their Workers Comp insurance.

Turner and son out of Merideth. Fair price stellar work. They were recommended to me from a large RE agent that had them do work

That's awesome. He is a really nice guy also, I would recommend him to anyone.

I wish you the best of luck, I am actually moving from Long Bay in the spring over to Meredith Bay.

I would be happy to give you a price on your roof replacement. I am a local contractor specializing on roofing and siding in the lakes region for almost 20 years.

I have excellent references, offer written warranties, and fully insured.

Call (603) 393-5229 or email me at bluemoonbuilders@msn.com for a free estimate.

I look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks

Good evening, I will give you a call when the weather breaks. Will need a repair soon as I have started to lose shingles this winter

Default Piper Roofing

Talk to Bob Piper.... We used him this last year and he did a great job on a very large asphalt roof. + 5500 square feet. Fast, quality workmanship and a very good job of cleanup. Fair pricing and a good guy to do business with.
He is a professional roofer, not a contractor who happens to do roofing....

From his website: In a typical year we complete eighty roofs and four siding jobs. We also keep our commitment to have only one job going at a time. We have successfully completed over eleven hundred roofs.

I also used Piper and was very happy. The house we bought had ice dam issues in the back of the house that were never completely addressed. He ending up doing the valleys in metal, added ice and water shield, and re-shingled the area. I have been good ever since. He definitely knows what he is doing. Learned a lot when he came out to look at things.
