Default Wolfeboro, Inn on Main

There was a public notice weeks ago regarding this property going to auction. The date for such has come and gone. Business seems to be going on as usual. Anyone know what is happening here?

Someone suggested that it was a financial mix-up, and the posting was a formality, but the property wasn't "actually" being foreclosed. Time will tell.

The Auction was a false alarm. As explained to me, somewhere a payment was somehow missed as a bookkeeping error.

Payment either made or discovered and business goes on as usual (and auction cancelled).

you don't get into the auction process for missing a payment. 12-24 months maybe.

I heard that several of the owner's restaurants are in financial trouble and that O Bistro might be closing. No idea if this is the rumor mill at work. That would be very disappointing if true.

What is the latest on O Bristo closing? I heard that everything is just fine now and they are still open.

Default O's Bistro, Inn on Main

Are two separate businesses. I believe O's rent the space from the Inn.
O's is alive and well. Far from financial problems. Not sure about the Inn, so the auction may have something to do with the Innkeepers. Hope it is cleared!

Thumbs up Booming Recently...

The ample parking spaces were completely filled during the antique boat races.

The place seemed to be doing a booming business.
