Default Keep your eyes to the sky today and tonight

Huge solar flares could produce some impressive northern light shows today and tonight.

Default Solar Flares

A friend in Hondo Texas mentioned this morning that corn planters had been brought in to fields near him and that they use a GPS system to keep the rows straight. Since the solar flares may affect the GPS system, there will probably be some crooked rows down there. A lot of people may get lost, also. I wonder how many other things will be affected.

Default no postings........

Anyone see anything? A few nights back, here in N. Central mass, we had those weirdo clouds coming out of the north at sunset, but then it clouded up..........

Default Nothing in Maine

We spent the last week snowmobiling around Moosehead lake and I saw nothing. Bummer I was hoping to get video.
