Default Millie B

Our adventures led us to Wolfeboro for a cruise around the lake on the Millie B, a reproduction wooden speedboat, owned operated by the NH Boat Museum. I'm not a "boat person" (kayak) and haven't been out on the big lake in quite a while and all I can say is that it was "wicked cool"!!

Oh....and BTW....we had lunch on the brand new deck overlooking water at the Back Bay Boathouse on Mill St. There was no shortage of help, a friendly crowd, good food and strong drinks!

I think we saw you and waved to each other. The captain had the white shirt and hat.

Yes! We were on the 11:45 cruise.

I haven't heard much mention of the Back Bay Boathouse on here since February. If I remember correctly the new owners took over a year or so ago. The view is just fine, the new deck is huge and, like I said, there was no shortage of help and the food was really good. I give two enthusiastic thumbs up!

I went in the Millie B two years ago and had a blast. The Winnipesaukee Belle also makes for a relaxing couple of hours!
