Default Commercial Buildings Near Moulton Farm

Does anyone know what is going on with the two small buildings on the right-hand side of Route 25 heading towards Meredith before you get to Moulton Farms. It looks like some kind of work is being done. They had been for sale for a long time.

That would make sense since that roof is pretty bright. They are definitely lots of work on it everyday.

I could see Rick's barbershop moving there- they have 5 barbers in there now and are bursting at the seams!

seems crazy that has sat vacant all these years but makes sense if a buyer would have to deal with hazmat issues

I believe there is a remediation pumping shed behind the buildings, and the corn, on the other side of the road, doesn't grow that well....

It was a small store off and on for years.

Maybe it's now being leased by someone if it hasn't been purchased.....

appears to be an excellent use of a long unused pair of bldgs. Best of luck to them, I'll use services.

I'm hoping Toby can do flattops--it'd be nice not to have to drive home for a reliable one!

I would be nice for a local barber to do what you asked for, and had the skill to do it. Not that a flat top takes a heck of a lot of talent, but there are others in the area that can't.

In theory, it's not hard, but getting it right--more of a high-and-tight with straight razored edges--is not easy... especially after having one barber for almost two decades.

I guess you are as particular as I, however, I am willing to give a lot of latitude, but your are right on to hold the line.
