Default Gilford Liquor Store??

Anyone know what happened to the Liquor store in Gilford that was in the old mall across from the airport?? Drove by it yesterday and it appeared to completely shut down.

That was a very convenient place for buying essentials such as Margarita fixins' and dinner wine. Maybe they moved to another location??

Never been to the Wining Butcher-Gilford, but noticed that Wining Butcher is remodeling for a new store in what had been a large, propane gas, utility building behind the big Irving Gasoline on Route 25 in Meredith. It has basically zero visibility from Route 25. That seems very ambitious to build a retail food store which cannot be seen from the street. Like, how will people know it's there?

By people like yourself who puts the information in here on a thread. What better advertisement can one ask for.

OH Trust me -- ..... people WILL find it ...... and those who have never been will shortly (after the opening) hear about where EXACTLY the location is through word of mouth !!

When we stopped in the Gilford Wine'ing Butcher store last Sunday to get some steak house tips, I asked if the Meredith store was open. Not yet but soon was the response.

Default New Liquor Store Location

I noticed Sunday when I ate at Patrick's that the liquor store moved here. I think it's a great location and am very happy it's there. Closer to tailgating at Meadowbrook!!!

I'm sure the people at Mountainview Yacht Club are pretty happy as well.
