Default Schuster's Tavern

My wife and I went to Schuster's Tavern at the Gunstock Inn for the Sunday Brunch this past weekend. The food was very good; a buffet that included made to order omelettes, scrambled eggs, sausage, french toast, home fries, fruit, squash medley, teriyaki pork wings, delicious seafood newburg, desserts and more. Dan - The Muzik Man provided entertainment on keyboard. In addition to the dining area, there is also comfortable seating in overstuffed chairs and sofas in front of a large fireplace. Since it was totally off-season, it was not crowded, although from past experience, once ski season arrives (or summer season returns), there will be a crowd. At a cost of $16pp, it is hard to beat. I recommend that you give it a try.

They normally have bacon but they had cooked some up from the food delivery that had been received and it didn't taste quite right, so they wouldn't serve it and are returning it for a replacement. The food quality was very good and I am glad they sample the food themselves and reject anything questionable.

If you have bacon, you really don't need all that other stuff, do you?
