Pest Control
We use JP Pest Control- have used for bats/ants- and they're dependable and professional. They could probably help.

Why would you want to kill the Lady bugs? I can see Flies but then just get rid of what ever is attracting the flies. As a Licensed Pesticide applicator I would use pesticides as a last resort. Try a fly trap first, $5 at Home depot.
