Default Summer jobs

What is the summer job market for teenagers/college students in the Lakes Region? In my town it's pretty tough as so much as been cancelled and/or unable to open. I know in years past many businesses have been unable to find workers - is this the case again?

Kids will have to be creative. Many summer camps are closed. That not only means no jobs, but parents are less able to work because of the child care services that camps perform. Child care and related services may be an opportunity, but you have to create the position, not go someplace for an interview.
I hired a temp last winter when we stumbled on each other on FB. Had to stop when schools closed. Also, found a "yard worker" through a scholarship interview when he mentioned that his previous income was shut down, and that he would be looking for yard work. Really a lot of different duties, but that's how it started.
People who normally don't hire boat or RV cleaners, might be more willing to have their boat or RV cleaned and disinfected.
Garden centers are seeing a big upsurge as people stay home. Somebody has to plant the shrubs and flowers.

I've seen signs up in retail and restaurants. Worth a try!
