Bathroom / Basement Remodel

Hi Forum,

New member here as I just bought a home in Moultonboro. It is 25 years old and needs updating. For the first project I want to remodel the basement bathroom to include a tile shower and update the basement living area.

I am looking for a bathroom contractor recommendation and basement contract should they be separate jobs. The basement is on the slab and I believe the water drain and access will not present a real problem. But what do I know. Throw some tile down, tile shower, update the fixtures, etc

As it is the basement, I am not looking for high end but rather value and a nice finished look.

Can you provide some recommendations or point me to the correct location of previous recommendations.
