Talking Another toy for the Lake?

I was surfin online and found another possible toy for the lake. Just have to be careful going under the Governors Island bridge.

That looks great in slow motion but might be quite a wild ride at full speed.

Looks like the next thing to be banned. Similar to flying tubes. That thing looks dangerous.

There was one of these outside of Giant's Stadium during one of the ball games abotu a month or so ago. I can see these things taking off around here, and then getting hit by a boater that wanted to take a closer look.
