Default New Cleared Area

Does anyone know what the huge bulldozed area on the East side of Route 106, just North of the road to Canterbury, is for? I noticed two good sized greenhouse frames on the North end, but they only covered a very small section of the area.

It is going to be a lettuce farm. Just down the street from them is going to be a trailer store.
