Not that I have anything productive to add (I know, why start now...), but would this be a better fit with the dog sled races? Maybe you could move the action from Alton Bay to Winnisquam where the races take place? Just food for thought.

Great thought but some of the pullers actually race their dogs too. The pulls are open to all breeds and the northern sled dogs made up 90% of the dogs at the pull.

Please forgive me, but is this the same idea as a tractor pull to see who has the strongest dog? I've obviously heard of sled dogs, but never heard of this before. Looks like a great work out for them. I bet those pups are worn out at the end of the day.

LOL, I have had many trash can funerals for stuffed toys. My black lab and boston terrier can't just play with something. It must be destroyed!!
That sounds cool and would be fun to watch. I love the pics. She looks very determined.

I notice you're in SC, there are very active clubs in North Carolina and Virginia, a few in Maryland. The pulls are fun for us, I'm not going to try and get any high amounts pulled, Dilly's a couch/bed pet more than a working dog and that's perfect

The stuffies that get gutted here with all the dogs is a constant snow of fuzz. They can't just bite them they have to rip.
