Lake House Grille
Coming up next weekend for an overnight visit and having brunch at the Lake House Grille. Anyone been there for brunch? They list a "cold seafood display" and I wondered what that was. I'm a seafood lover. Any info would be most appreciated. Thanks.

My wife and I have been there twice in the past month and have loved it both times! The cold seafood is peel & eat shrimp (good size, my wife loves them) and I think some thin salmon slices.
They also feature my new favorite brunch food Poached eggs served over sliced corned beef (not hash) with a hollandaise sauce, they are fantastic! They have sausage links, bacon, roasted potatoes, salad, cooked to order waffles and omelettes, a nice selection of bagels, pastries, usually a nice chocolate bread pudding, cheesecakes and other dessert pastries, a fresh fruit bowl, which has been different both times but good. I think that covers it, oh wait last week they had the Mac&Cheese from Camp which is made with gouya(sp) cheese, it's fantastic! I think they feature a different hot dish each week I forget what it was the first time we went. I think you can also get cereal, but I don't pay attention to such things, I have cereal at home I think you won't be disappointed. Enjoy!! |
