Default WOW the Old Channel Marine /Winnisquam Marine

Brought my new 2018 Bennington in for winterization and storage yesterday....very impressed with Bob Teeter service manager and Sadie service writer. They were attentive, timely, interested in my requests and patient; they even toured my boat to see first hand the one very minor issue I had.

We have boated on Winni for over 30 years, we are most impressed thus far with the nice folks at Winnisquam Marina on Winni and just in love with our new Bennington.

Keep up the good work WOW and thank you!

Major, you're correct, Bob is a real gentlemen and appeared sincerely interested in the customer's satisfaction; competent and a gentlemen, a solid combination if you want to grow a business!

The ironic part of the story is the Bob left Winnisquam Marine a few years back to move over and take the position as Service Manager for Channel Marine.

As others have stated, a great asset (regardless of the Marina name).

Default Big Improvement!

The "NEW" Channel Marine is way better than the old Channel Marine unless you go back to the days of the Littlefields. It was fine then too.

It just had a 5 or so year hiccup that was less than great.

Glad it is moving forward under great, well respected, ownership.

Lest you forget Bob spent nearly 20 years at Irwin's in Lakeport. Any marina is lucky to have someone with his experience and superior customer service.

Winnisquam Marine has not grown the way it has, with out figuring out how to please its customers. They have developed a model that has worked for them, and continues to bring them success. Having good people in place is always the first and most important key to success.

As with any dealership there are going to be good stories and bad stories. You have to allow your view to not be clouded by those stories and make up your own mind.

I myself, have no issue with Winnisquam Marine, but by no means will I put them up on any type of pedestal. If they are the marina that will give me what I desire I have and will do business with them.

Unfortunately the Channel Marine Story had a few bad years after the Littlefields.... now its on to a new life and the Story continues forward....
