Default Alton Bay Reptile Zoo

Does anyone remember the Reptile Zoo in Alton Bay? The building was torn down a while ago and is now an empty lot next to the old firehouse and across the street from Gillan's.

There was an article in today's Foster's Daily Democrat about Christmas memories written by the granddaughter of the owner. Apparently they kept the snakes in their Boston home during the winter. I've attached the article which also has some pictures.
