Default Plant identification

Just wondering what this plant is. From the feel of the stem, it's a weed, but I want to make sure because it's come across the border from my neighbor's garden.Name: 20190630_203242.jpg

Looks like yellow loosestrife to me. It's only a "weed" if it's growing where it isn't wanted.

Yup, I thought it was a loosestrife. Counted beetle eggs on purple loosestrife as part of a program to eradicate it from wetlands in northern MA.
