Beautiful shot!!! Nothing like a Winnie sunrise. Wish I was there with a line in the water.

Default Same view different day

Getting up early has it's benefits! Two pictures from this morning. This time of year not many boats so it is pretty flat on the water.

Are you using any lens filters or are these all natural shots?

Thanks for sharing!!

No filters, no adjustments. That is just the way they came from my 10 year old, low budget, Nikon.

Just for perspective (and because I was bored) I took these at 7 PM tonight. (Varney Point, Lockes, and Welch) Daylight view of the same pictures at the top of the thread. It never gets old!

And...............The same view today, sort of! Two fishermen went by in a boat about 7 AM. You have to really love to fish to go out in a snowstorm! (or maybe they were just happy to get out of the house)

5:15 AM Today. Water was like glass and it's supposed to get to 92 degrees according to WMUR. This weeks temperatures should warm the lake up. Great day for boating!

Tilton BB, you have some gorgeous shots on this thread. I’d love to frame some for my “ new” old house when it’s finished. You could make this a business, seriously. 😎

Those are great! Where up here can you have prints done on canvas? I found a guy who did prints while you waited in one of the Sarasota malls. Unfortunately, along came the pandemic, the malls closed, so no more prints. I like the versatility.....you can hang them anywhere, frame them or not....move them around.

I have used Vistaprint: https://www.vistaprint.com/photo-gif...89840943&GNF=0

There are a lot of companies that will do it, even WalMart.

Arrow Sahara Sunsets...

A major dust storm is headed our way from the Sahara.

Sunrise and sunset images can be expected to become even more spectacular; even better, scientists advise that this dust cloud will reduce the intensity (and perhaps even the number--of hurricanes).

When I was stationed in Spain, "Levant" winds would deposit fine Sahara dust on windshields and seep through any opening in cars, boat covers, or house.

Default Amazing Photos

Lots of great photos in this thread, but the first 3 and the last 2 from TiltonBB are just stunning.

Those are good enough quality photos to actually sell.

If you offered them for sale on metal or glass I think they would be huge hits.

I dont see many pictures I would buy, but In all honesty I would buy one of each of them right now printed on metal or glass.
