Does anyone have a recommendation for an acupuncturist in the lakes region area- preferably Laconia/meredith area. I have been flat on my back for three days with severe sciatica and looking for some relief. Thanks for any help and recommendations.

Way, way better than an acupuncturist, a massage therapist, or a chiropractic is the Health Hoops-Korean, 6-lb weighted hula-hoop for about $60, and you start hula-hooping.
Lose weight while you strengthen your abs, hips, lower back, and live to age-129 with a large, 6-lb weighted, knobby hula-hoop! If the 6-lb weight seems too much, Health Hoop has their DynamicHoop 1.2, a slimmed down knobby version of their 6-lb hoop. It weighs 1.2 kilograms, or 2.65-lbs, and costs about $40, maybe better for people who weigh about 125-lbs. It is all about your determination. If you want to do it with a 6-lb hula-hoop, you can do it. Hula-hoop across America ..... summer-2022 ...... arrgghhh! ..... ![]()

Directed at FLL - the OP asked a straight-forward question with no nuances, interpretations, double-entendres, and you gave an answer totally off the mark, which didn't help in any way. Stop doing this! It isn't funny!

I think Seacoast spine in Alton does dry needling. Not exactly acupuncture, but may be worth inquiring with them about and it has worked for people.
