Help! Boat disposal
Has anyone been able to dispose of an old boat. I have a 16 foot fiberglass outboard that is no longer useful. Boat is on a trailer in Meredith and can be moved to any location in the area, Thanks for any help.

Is the boat not useful (i.e no longer of use to you) or is the boat unusable (i.e doesn't float).
If the boat is simply no longer of use to you, you might want to look into donating it. Call your local salvation army and check to see if they take boat donations. If not, Huggins Hospital in Wolfeboro puts on an auction to raise funds for the hospital and I am pretty sure they take boats. This type of donation can serve as a tax writeoff as well. |
