Default Snake Eyes Savior

That was the day FLL saved Snake Eyes. The cam had stopped sending pics and my boat was long out of the water. I put a note of the forum looking for anyone with a boat in the water. FLL drove all the way from Meredith to West Alton in January, picked me up and took me out to Rattlesnake. We had not met before.

He sat patiently on the deck while I fixed the cam, which took some time, and it was cold.

I took this pic as he drove away after dropping me back in West Alton. I was worried about him since it was late in the day and he was all alone going back to Meredith. I will always be thankful!

Thanks, FLL...

Considering the boat has a 2008 red colored registration on it for the last year it was registered, and it has been sitting in the driveway now for four years or so; it it time to sell it off. Hopefully, the engine will still run good. There is a large animal nest on the floor of the little forward cabin where some mice or chipmunks or something have spent the winter(s)(?), plus one tire is very flat. Could be a good work/utility boat for somebody.....and will try to sell it off myself on craigslist for a couple weeks before it gets consigned to Fay's Boatyard. Hate to sell it but just do not need two boats, plus it has become a neighborhood eyesore just like an old pickup truck or something! Oh yeah.......I have one of those as well......a 1997 Ford F-150 w/ 207,000 miles that needs to go........what a gas guzzler......yikes!
