LobsterCopter
I've decided to put "Brian's Stressed Out and Rushed Deli" on hold for now.
I'm going to open a Lobster Copter franchise instead. This year you'll be able to get lobster rolls from local restaurants delivered anywhere. This is in conjunction with the TacoCopter people in the SF Bay area: http://tacocopter.com/ Note: any restaurants that want to be on the list of authorized lobster roll providers, please PM me. You'll need to go through both a basic product quality check (no lobster rolls over-worked with mayo or filled with stringy meat), and you'll need to go through a basic 'copter handling safety class.

Memorial day delivery?
If I text you my rafting coordinates can you air drop a dozen on Saturday afternoon? You can package them with"water wings" in case you miss the landing zone. Maybe with an EPIRB so we can track it!
