Default Six pack - buoy missing?

I went through the six pack on Sunday and it looked like the middle black buoy was missing, or maybe obscured by the high water level. Anyone else notice that?
I wanted to check on the Forum before letting the Marine Patrol know that the six pack is now a five pack.
