Default Lost Kayak

Our Perception blue kayak - Acadia on the bow - floated off our beach in Moultonborough during the night of July 15/16. On the morning of July 19th someone reported to Marine Patrol that they spotted a blue kayak drifting on the east side of Bear. We have combed the coast looking for this old friend. If anyone has news of its whereabouts, please let us know.

We found a kayak drifting near Beaver Island about a week ago. i pulled it up and left it on edge of dock for people to see if they were looking for it. No one has come by but I just happened to check lost kayak's and your message showed up. The kayak appears to meet your description. It is a blue Acadia.

Dear Sunbeam Lodge! I am so excited to see your post. Would you like me to call you? Or, are you able to call us at 603-253-4437?
Fingers crossed that it's our kayak!

In a time when not much is going very well in the world, in general, the above series of posts is a breath of fresh air about how nice life can be when people care about each other. Thanks to you all.

Grateful thanks to Sunbeam Lodge for finding and taking care of our blue Acadia kayak until the mystery of its whereabouts was resolved via the Forum. We are so appreciative and were able to kayak out to see the eagles on Blueberry this morning. Life is good! Thank you.
