Install only or supply and install?? If supply and install contact Home Energy Products in Belmont, NH. Many of us on the forum have had mini splits installed by them and were very happy.

+1 for Home Energy Products, we have a unit on Welch and two at home in West Alton installed by them. Very happy with the installs and with the Mitsubishi Mini-Split units.

i am trying to decide if I purchase and then have them install if worth it or not if any savings. Because I know you can purchase pretty much direct online and have it shipped out

what do people know about the rebates available?

I prefer to let them buy it then if there are issues they can deal with it and not have me in the middle.

I just started using American Air Systems for service on my Mitsubishi split. They were excellent to deal with - on time and very professional. They have an office in Center Harbor, but they said they go all over NH.

Ditto on American Air. Our builder used them to do all of the work on the HVAC for our house. 2 separate HVAC systems. Handled some minor warranty work well and they do our yearly service.

We have used American Air Systems since we bought the house in 2013 and have been very happy with them as well. They do both traditional central air systems and Mitsubishi systems. I have forced air propane heat/central air in the house which they service annually and they installed a Mitsubishi heat pump/ac unit in a converted storage we made into a kids play room. Very good/dependable people to work with.
