Two young Bald Eagles today on 20 Mile Bay

I was out looking around for Eagles and Ice out of bays. Spotted two young eagles out on the ice on 20 Mile Bay.

I wonder if it is the same pair I posted about a while back. ?
It is almost in the same spot too.

Could be? Were they young? These two look like they are approaching the two year mark. Starting to get there white feathers. I wish they were in a little closer. They were pretty far out.
