What is this?
Passing by North Country Meter on the Whittier Hwy (Rt. 25) i spotted this odd looking device in the front lot. Anyone have an idea what it is?

He told me that it's some kind of measuring device. It was a few years ago so I'm sorry I cant be more specific.

Yes, he uses it to test the meters on gas pumps. When you are pumping gas at the pump and the gallons are adding up this needs to be very accurate his equipment measures this and certifies it with the state. As you can imagine if people did not have confidence that these were accurate the would be problems.

I have to ask . . . .
I have wondered for a while: What the heck are those big pots with chimneys, on trailers, which are parked in front of the building?
