Question Waterfront architect or design-build contractor needed for major project.

I'm looking for a great architect and/or a high quality full-service design-build contractor to help me with a substantial project over the next year. House is in Alton Bay.

We're planning to add a garage with living space above...We have a ton of reconfiguring to do inside the house including a kitchen and two baths...We're looking to add substantially to the facade of the house.

I'd love recommendations from satisfied customers.

Thanks!

Peter Stewart designed two homes on our street that look great. He's in Laconia, Stewart Associates Architects.

Dann Batting, Architect in Chester, NH. He designed our home in Moultonborough in connection with a demolition of our old house. Does a lot of work in the Lakes Region. PM me if you want for more details. We were very pleased with the results and his work. Reasonable fees too.

Dann Batting designed our home on Cape Cod, wish we could have moved it to the lake. Really enjoy seeing his projects over the years.

Small World. Dann did a project similar to the one Alton-Acton inquired about for one of my neighbors and a detached garage with living space above for another neighbor.

Excellent reference to the people who design the two Rest Areas in Hooksett.
There is a number of lakefront homes designed by them on the lake. See portfolio.

I am working on a project a joint collaboration between Benson Woods, the builder and above architects in Tuftonboro.

That project should be top shelf! Can you see it from the water?
