Propane gas fireplace inserts
I have a vented propane gas fireplace that is about 15 years old- I had energy savers here twice- but no luck in getting it right. I would like your advice as to who might be close to Alton / Wolfeboro and would be a good choice to work with?

We used Fire N' Stone out of Tilton. I am pretty sure they service all of the area (I am in Moultonborough). I bought a foreclosure and the previous owner removed the gas log set and glass doors. They found a really nice new gas log set and custom doors to replace what had been removed. I also found out the propane line to the fireplace was not to code and they coordinated getting that replaced as well. The other thing they did for me was replace a badly rusted galvanized chimney/chase cover which they replaced with a stainless model. They weren't cheap but did really good work. I just click a remote now and away I go........

Fire N' Stone
A number of us had mixed results with Fire N' Stone. I would call Eased Edges in Laconia. Although prices are a bit steep, the service and installations can't be beat! http://easededges.com/

Sandwich Fair
There are usually a few stove companies at the fair offering reduced pricing.
