Default Wolfeboro Bay Today

Today is beautiful. I sat by the Wolfeboro docks for lunch in the shade.
3 horses had ice cream at Dockside. Owners were testing them for crowd frendliness brfore the 4th parade.
The docks were almost filled with only the breakwater slots available.
Bay close to flat. I was going to boat by have to wait a few day because of meds before get into the boat.
Summer traffic on Main St.

Not to be mean, but I can count the ways, oh wait I just lost count, of how many ways I am jealous (mad), and so upset that it is you right now there and not me

Oh yeah, well I was in Wolfeboro on the town docks today. I loved the ice cream too. Got a bit of a burn as well....Ahhhhhh......ain't life grand being here on the Lake ALL year long, basking in the awesome sunrises and sunsets, while sipping on my Chocolate shake strolling along the docks watching the boats and bikini clad....well.....yes it was a good day to be alive at the lake.
Jus' messin' with ya AC2717 Actually it was one of the best days we have had so far this year......

Default Not to dispair...

...AC2717...I wasn't at the Docks in Wolfeboro either.

I just played 18 holes of golf, then grabbed a couple of sandwiches at AmiLynn's in Alton, jumped on the boat and took a run out to the West Alton sandbar area. After hanging out there for the better part of an hour, took a run past Round Island, then out past Camp Lawrence on Bear Island, then headed back to Alton Bay. Smooth ride, very few clouds in the sky, and a bright warm sun out there.

So, not to dispair...not all of us got to sit over in Wolfeboro today.

Oooooops, I bet I'm in trouble too!

I took a friend on my Seadoo from Green's Basin to Wolfeboro on Monday. We drove under the bridge to Back Bay. We then returned to Green's Basin. It takes 45 minutes each way ( going the speed limit or less- of course). It was a wonderful day. The weather doesn't get much better. We retuned back to the house and floated. Then we had a cook-out. Life can be very good. I cherish every good day on the lake. The summer fly's by so you have to make the most of each and every moment.

Default Wolfeboro today

I am very jealous of all of you! I can picture myself sitting at the docks and going to the evening concert at the gazebo in August. As I did as a child, I'm counting the days! My sisters and I would start packing for our July vacation at Edward's the day after school closed. Have a great summer everyone!

I'll say it was a beautiful day yesterday!

Was in Moultonborough for our home inspection yesterday. After the inspection we went back through Meredith and stopped at the town docks. It was my buddy's (the inspector) birthday so I got him a great lunch and beer-ed up pretty good (ice tea for me as I was driving ) We sat and walked around for a couple of hours just enjoying the the blue sky, watching the boats and people. What a great Lake Day!

Unfortunately we had to leave and head south to get back home in Western Mass. It sucks crossing the border going south everytime I leave NH.

Counting the minutes until July 21 when we get to Jockey Cove for the week-cant tell you how jealous I am and how many times I have dreamed of winning the lottery because the first thing I would do without hesitation is buy a place on the water in Wolfeboro and then spend each morning of the rest of my life starting the day on the docks in Wolfeboro with a boat and a cup of coffee with the family.......
