Default Fire Works Saturday Night?

So Who Wants to view the best home show fire works on the lake this Saturday Night? Wolfeboro Bay will be the place to be! Completely permited, marine patrol, the whole 9 yards! Pack the cold brews on the boat and check it out!

I assume it's the pizza place in Wolfboro? If it is the same, they had good pizza and delivered to the dock last year, great service.

Thumbs up Home fire works

Sounds like it could be a lot of fun, but like the other threads, please give us a better idea as to just where it is going to be at..

How are they going to have fire works inside a pizza joint?

Sculpin, I want to view the best home show fire works on the lake! (we all do :-)

Please, tell us more! (don't make us assume :-) Give us all the details, in case we're not local to your business.

Thanks!

I'm thinking this is a home along the lake in Wolfeboro bay. So, go sit in Wolfeboro bay at dusk. I'm not sure what if any permits are required, I didn't think any were for private fireworks.

exactly correct, and on the level being done, a permit is required, as well as "detail officers".

Was it you who had them last year? Everyone said they were better than the town fireworks.

So I'm assuming this is in Wolfeboro?

Edit: never mind, I just noticed the OP edited his post since I replied above.

Do you have an idea what time they will begin at? Thanks for the heads up!

Default Which side of the bay, please.

Are you on the Clark Rd side of the bay, or the Sewell Rd side? Just a little more info on where best to view by boat. Thanks.

yes, sorry, have stalled posts not wanting "too much" attention. Wolfeboro bay, sewall rd side, half way or so from town to hawkins boats. been doing the 4th cookout every year for awhile now, the fireworks show gets a little bigger each year. the show is now done by a licensed and permited pro. no exact set time, but usually shortly after full darkness sets in. on land the 4th music (boston pops and stuff) is always cranked up. if you like watching this stuff from your boats, this is worth an hour of your time. just behave out there

Too much attention? You threw the invite out on a public forum!

Thank you though, I think we are doing our own that night but if not we will swing by and check it out. I am sure ours will not compare.

Did I capture your Amature Fireworks a couple years ago, just after the Ones over the bay? They were excellent!

Talking Great Fireworks!

Your fireworks were wonderful!!! I was totally impressed with how high they got and how long they went on for. They were quite visible from my spot on Rattlesnake Island and I completely enjoyed them. Thank you!

Default Fantastic!!

We totally enjoyed the show from the town docks, awesome display! It was cool, although many of the people at the docks were expecting your show, there were a lot of people you caught off guard and they all gathered and Oooohed and Aaahhed!! And the display just went on and on and on. very cool. Loved the way it went from barge to shore to barge. Without a doubt the best private display I've seen and as good if not better than surrounding towns.
Cannot wait to see what's in store for next year. Thank you and to everyone who made it happen.

Thumbs up Great show..

We told friends about them and met them over in the bay. We dropped our anchor and rafted together. The only thing I would have done different would be to get in a little closer to the shore. The reason: The outstanding choice of patriotic music ranging from our National Anthem to God Bless America to Lee Greenwood's Proud to be an American and everything in between.
Thank you so much for such a spectacular show that lasted between 40-45 minutes.

The rating for the show has to be , which is higher than two thumbs up!

The family really appreciates all of the positive feedback on the display. It is our 11th year and we try to step it up a little each year. We've been wiring our own shows; the inshore barge was homegrown, the further out barge was put together by our friends at Hellsgate Fireworks in Rumney, NH (Thanks Russ and Maryann) and our friends from Northeast Dock and Barge in Wolfeboro (Luke, Sean and Tom). Also want to give a shout out to Marine Patrol for helping out. We'll definitely let people know the date of next years show a week or two in advance.

PS - Let us know if you think we outdid the town show this year!

Happy 4th of July everybody!!!

Default Awesome!

Thank you so much for an awesome display. We expect they were the best we'll see this year. The town will have a tough time keeping up! And when it was all over, the traffic was light for a quick get away.

thanks again

Default Bravo!!

On Saturday afternoon we just happened to anchor our sailboat right offshore and saw the fireworks barge getting set up so we knew which house would be sponsoring the show. That night, we went to the Wolfeboro Inn for dinner and then got a front row seat for the spectacular show. There happened to be a wedding going on at the inn and the wedding party came down to watch. Needless to say the fireworks made their special day all the more special.

We are going to miss the Wolfeboro fireworks on the 4th so we are especially glad we saw the Sewell Rd. show. It just got better and better. Thank you to the family who sponsored this. You made a very special night for many people.

(We noticed the smoke drifted into the yard quite a bit, hope your guests were okay)

These fireworks we by far the best from what I observed on the lake. I even heard the Merrimack NH show was nothing like this.

Thanks again, I look forward to next year!

By posting this memo on last years thread, does it pull the thread back to the top of the list?

We are working out a date for our 2013 show.

Default Pretty sure

Pretty sure we are going with Sat June 29th.

Maybe someone here can help me with this question, is there a way for us to stream the music we play on land, to tune it in on a radio ? Our sound system is great for those at the cookout, but gets distorted over the water?

Default Here's a thought...

Invite a small radio station to your cookout, and have them simulcast from their mobile unit.
