Keep in mind that the post count is a combination of Forum threads started + Forum replies + PhotoPost photos posted + PhotoPost comments. Theoretically at least.

The problem is that the numbers don't always add up. I took a several members and did the math. Some add up, some don't.

There is a forum admin feature that recalculates the post counts. I haven't tried it since I'm not sure what would happen. The forum software and photopost software come from different companies and are blended together here and share the member database. Would the forum's recalculate post count function also add in the PhotoPost counts? I have a feeling it wouldn't.

When I have a chance I will look into this although often these kinds of small problems are fixed in the new versions when they are released.

For now it's not that big a deal. The post counts are still a good indicator of how active a member is, even if the total may not be always be exactly correct.
